Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fishizzle blend
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry and sprinkle with Fishizzle on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter, and baste salmon for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
