Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fishizzle blend
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Pat salmon fillets dry and sprinkle with Fishizzle on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Reduce heat, add butter, and baste salmon for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
