Ingredients

  • Rim and Garnish:
    • 1 tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper
    • 1 dill pickle, quartered
    • Extra Lickity Lemon Pepper for seasoning garnish
  • Drink:
    • 1.5 oz vodka
    • 4 oz Clamato juice
    • 1/4 oz pickle juice
    • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • 2-3 dashes hot sauce (adjust to taste)
    • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. Prepare the Glass and Garnish
    • Spread Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper on a small plate. Rub the rim of a tall glass with a lime or lemon wedge, then dip it into the Lickity Lemon Pepper to coat the rim.
    • Take the quartered pickle and sprinkle it lightly with Lickity Lemon Pepper. Set aside for garnish.
  2. Mix the Caesar
    • Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
    • Add vodka, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Clamato juice. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Garnish and Serve
    • Place the seasoned pickle wedge in the drink as a garnish.
    • Optionally, add an extra dash of Lickity Lemon Pepper to the top of the drink for a zesty kick.
