Ingredients
- Rim and Garnish:
- 1 tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper
- 1 dill pickle, quartered
- Extra Lickity Lemon Pepper for seasoning garnish
- Drink:
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 4 oz Clamato juice
- 1/4 oz pickle juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 dashes hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
Directions
- Prepare the Glass and Garnish
- Spread Rave BBQ Rubs Lickity Lemon Pepper on a small plate. Rub the rim of a tall glass with a lime or lemon wedge, then dip it into the Lickity Lemon Pepper to coat the rim.
- Take the quartered pickle and sprinkle it lightly with Lickity Lemon Pepper. Set aside for garnish.
- Mix the Caesar
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice.
- Add vodka, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and Clamato juice. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish and Serve
- Place the seasoned pickle wedge in the drink as a garnish.
- Optionally, add an extra dash of Lickity Lemon Pepper to the top of the drink for a zesty kick.
