Instructions:
- Preheat the Smoker:
- Set your smoker to 225°F for low and slow smoking.
- Smoke the Meat:
- In a smoker-safe skillet, add the ground beef or wild game.
- Season the meat with Da Burger Bomb and Lasagna Love seasonings, mixing well to evenly coat.
- Place the skillet in the smoker and smoke for 1-1.5 hours, or until the meat is fully cooked and has absorbed a smoky flavor.
- Once cooked, remove from the smoker and stir in the marinara sauce, mixing well. Set aside.
- Prepare the Ricotta Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, egg, and 1 tbsp Lasagna Love seasoning.

- Preheat the smoker (or oven) to 350°F.
- In a large baking pan, start with a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom.
- Add a layer of lasagna noodles over the meat sauce.

- Top and Season:
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese (if using) and an extra sprinkle of Lasagna Love seasoning on the top layer of mozzarella cheese for added flavor.
- Smoke the Lasagna:
- Place the assembled lasagna back in the smoker (or in the oven) and smoke at 350°F for 45-60 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Serve:
- Remove the lasagna from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
