Spaghetti:
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Lasagna Love – Italian Blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions
Prepare the Sauce
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef (or sausage) and cook until browned. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until onions are soft.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste. Season with Rave BBQ Rubs Lasagna Love, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and flavors meld. Add fresh basil if desired.
Combine Spaghetti and Sauce
4. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the prepared sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
Smoke the Spaghetti
6. Transfer the spaghetti mixture into a smoker-safe baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
7. Place the dish in the smoker and cook for 45-60 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
