Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Da Burger Bomb
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pound ground moose

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Rave BBQ Rubs Da Burger Bomb, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well to make a marinade.
  2. Add the ground moose to the marinade and stir until the meat is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven or smoker to 180°F.
  4. Line a baking sheet or smoker rack with parchment paper.
  5. Remove the moose meat from the marinade and press it into a thin, even layer on the parchment paper or smoker rack. (or use a jerky gun)
  6. Bake or smoke the jerky at 180°F for 4-6 hours, or until it is dried out and chewy.
  7. Remove the jerky from the oven or smoker and let it cool to room temperature.
  8. Break the jerky into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in a Ziploc bag and into your freezer for up to 6 months!
