Sweet & Tangy Maple Dijon Glazed Ham
This smoked ham is coated in your Maple Dijon Magic rub, then glazed with a maple-mustard sauce for an incredible Easter centerpiece.

Ingredients:
1 bone-in ham (8-10 lbs, pre-cooked)
3 tbsp Maple Dijon Magic rub
2 tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar (optional for extra caramelization)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Smoker:
    Set to 250°F using cherry or apple wood for mild sweetness.
  2. Score & Rub:
    Lightly score the ham’s surface in a crisscross pattern. Coat with Maple Dijon Magic rub, pressing it in.
  3. Smoke:
    Place ham on smoker, uncovered, for 2 hours.
  4. Glaze:
    Mix mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, melted butter, and brown sugar. Brush onto ham every 30 minutes for the next 1-2 hours until caramelized.
  5. Rest & Serve:
    Remove when internal temp hits 140°F. Let rest 15 minutes, then slice and serve.
