- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pizza Base:
- Preheat your smoker or grill to 350°F.
- Place the frozen gluten-free pizza crust on a pizza pan.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the Lasagna Love seasoning over the sauce for extra flavor.
- Add an even layer of smoked Sweet & Smokey Maple pulled pork over the sauce.
- Arrange the fresh pineapple slices on top of the pulled pork.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza, covering the toppings.
- Finish with a sprinkle of the remaining Lasagna Love seasoning on top of the cheese.
- Smoke the Pizza:
- Place the pizza pan on the smoker or grill and smoke at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and begins to turn golden brown.
- Crisp the Crust:
- For the last 5 minutes of cooking, carefully slide the pizza off the pan and place it directly on the grill grates to crisp up the bottom of the crust.
- Serve:
- Remove the pizza from the grill, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
