Ingredients
- Nacho Meat:
- 1 lb ground wild game meat (venison, elk, boar, etc.)

- 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Directions
Set Up the Smoker
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
Cook the Meat on the Grill
2. Place a smoker-safe skillet directly on the grill grate. Add the ground wild game meat, chopped onion, and garlic.
3. Season the meat with 2 tbsp Rave BBQ Rubs Chili Lime and cook on the grill, stirring occasionally, until fully browned and the onions are soft. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Nachos
4. On a large smoker-safe tray or baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
5. Sprinkle the cooked wild game meat evenly over the chips.
6. Add a layer of shredded cheese, then sprinkle an additional 1 tbsp of Rave BBQ Rubs Chili Lime on top of the cheese for extra zest.
7. Top with diced tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and black olives.
Smoke the Nachos
8. Place the assembled nachos in the smoker and smoke for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Remove from the smoker and add any desired toppings: dollops of sour cream, guacamole, salsa, fresh chopped cilantro, and jalapeño slices. Serve with lime wedges for an extra zesty kick.
