Ingredients:

  • 1 A5 Wagyu steak
  • Da Burger Bomb (for coating)
  • ½ cup sesame steak sauce (add more if a thicker sauce is desired)
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • Green onion, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steak:
    • Generously coat the Wagyu steak with Da Burger Bomb seasoning.
    • Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Make the Sauce:
    • In a bowl, combine the sesame steak sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fish sauce. Stir well. Adjust with more sesame steak sauce for thickness, if desired.
  3. Slice the Steak:
    • Remove the steak from the fridge, unwrap, and rinse off the seasoning with cold water.
    • Using a sharp knife, slice the steak as thinly as possible.
  4. Assemble the Dish:
    • Arrange the Wagyu slices on a plate.
    • Drizzle the sauce over the steak slices.
    • Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and garnish with chopped green onions.
