½ cup sesame steak sauce (add more if a thicker sauce is desired)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp roasted sesame oil
2 tbsp fish sauce
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Green onion, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Generously coat the Wagyu steak with Da Burger Bomb seasoning.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine the sesame steak sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fish sauce. Stir well. Adjust with more sesame steak sauce for thickness, if desired.
Slice the Steak:
Remove the steak from the fridge, unwrap, and rinse off the seasoning with cold water.
Using a sharp knife, slice the steak as thinly as possible.
Assemble the Dish:
Arrange the Wagyu slices on a plate.
Drizzle the sauce over the steak slices.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan and garnish with chopped green onions.
